PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and manage the installation, upgrade, repair of servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Design and implement LAN/WAN/Server infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN/Server hardware and software problems.
- Providing technical assistance, documentation and training to end users.
- Product Lines: Microsoft, Novell, Fortinet, SonicWALL, VMware, Citrix, HP, Dell, IBM, APC

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Japanese bilingual skills preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide IT consultation and system requirement analysis
- Design system procedure and create documentation
- Installation, system setup and data migration
- System designing, prototyping, testing, user training, and supporting issues
- Provide onsite and offsite customer support

Application Developer, Torrance, CA — 10/31/08

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes, designs, and develops software applications.
- Gathers and analyzes client requirements, designs and develops the software program.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree computer science or equivalent with strong analytical skill is required.
- Must be familiar with object-oriented software development tools.
- Experience on software development using Microsoft .NET development tools is desirable.
- Experience with C#, VB, SQL Server.

DESIRED SKILL:
-Experience with languages like Java, C++ and RPG etc. is a plus.
-Knowledge of Oracle / DB2 is a plus.
