Project Overview

The customer was using high-end ERP system which was oversized and too complex compared to their operation. To reduce maintenance cost and simplify system operation, they decided to switch to mid-sized ERP solution, Dynamics NAV. Years later, they also decided to upgrade Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central and completely moved to cloud-based system.
