Business / Project Challenges

Since the customer’s previous system was discontinued and support was terminated, they were looking for a new ERP system to replace with. Since their headquarters in Japan was rolling-out Dynamics NAV for its global locations, they decided to implement Dynamics NAV in the U.S. 

It was challenging for them to find a local U.S. partner who could understand and implement global NAV template, gather local requirements, and communicate with PMO in Japan.  

Results Achieved

  • Unified ERP: By integrating 2 separate companies in 1 single system, the company achieved to simplify and standardize their business operation as they both run similar distribution business. Also, it helped their sister company in Mexico to strengthen their internal control by implementing NAV which has strong capabilities in compliance and auditing.
