  • Overall Plan for Global Implementation
  • Prepare standard templates for implementation in each office.
  • Create important milestones, training plans, and change management criteria.
  • Power User Training -> End User Training -> Familiarization Period -> Go Live -> Support
  • Collaborate with the global project leader and regional project leaders to plan and agree on the implementation procedures, schedule, and resource plan.
  • Assist regional project leaders and office managers in creating country-specific implementation plans and checklists.
