Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based business solution that incorporates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functions which can be used individually or combined.  It also includes latest compelling additions such as Microsoft Flow and Power Apps.  Under Microsoft’s mission statement “to  empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more,” Dynamics 365 continues to support corporate growth in an ever-changing environment.

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (renamed to Dynamics 365 Finance / SCM in April 2020) is the latest cloud ERP that follows the Dynamics AX suite designed for medium to large enterprises.

Including a wide range of functions such as accounting, production management, sales, project management, human resources, and business intelligence (BI), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation is a comprehensive business solution for global enterprises.  With its simple operability, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation has the flexibility to adapt to specific business operations of each industry.  This software is particularly strong for mid to large-scale companies and manufacturing industries, and has functions comparable to other large-scale ERPs such as SAP, and yet can be implemented at a much economical cost.

Dynamics 365 Business Central

Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) is the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV designed for small to mid-sized businesses.  While inheriting the main functions of Dynamics NAV, all the functions have been redeveloped for the cloud version.  Used in all major regions across the United States, Europe, and Asia, it is the most implemented software among all Microsoft Dynamics ERP when you include Dynamics NAV.  It continues to steadily increase the number of implementations for small to medium-sized businesses in a wide range of industries.  Also, depending on various requirements that may need to be met, it can also be available as on-premise if necessary.

Dynamics 365 Business Central includes the latest data intelligence features such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics, as well as more user-friendly interface development tools.

Dynamics GP

Features a rich accounting function, Dynamics GP (GP) is a solution used by companies in a wide range of industries, mainly in North America and Oceania.  It is mainly used in the sales/distribution industry and service industry, but since 2000 when it was acquired by Microsoft, a wide range of functions other than accounting have also been added every year, and now is even equipped with functions for manufacturing too.  Although it does not have a cloud version, it has been implemented to more than 50,000 companies, and is still Microsoft’s core ERP in the North American region.
